Pricing Options
Option 1 — Fixed Price
RecommendedThe advantage of this option is certainty — if the job runs longer than estimated, there is no additional cost to you.
Option 2 — Hourly Rate
$50 per painter, per hour (2 painters on site), totalling $100 per hour. Hours are calculated from 8:00am–3:00pm, excluding unpaid breaks.
Paint and materials are additional under both options.
Many of our clients prefer the fixed price for budgeting confidence, but we are happy to discuss whichever option suits you best.
